Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee A quickly growing sales org who pays a fair rate for the experience they require, but overhired a sales team for a product holding it’s place as an industry standard. Channel, marketing, event, and BDR channels are all dry and aren’t generating the top of funnel required for the current size of the sales staff. Remote culture is non-existent with few ways to connect with your team. Sales leadership is ineffective and disconnected - most conversations consist of reviewing pipeline and complaining about other departments giving us red tape to work through to close a deal, with little action being taken. Presently the focus is on an ineffective Salesloft cadence and AEs doing BDR like work to self generate meetings. Browse Other Reviews
