Be prepared to have ZERO work life balance.
Management gives you zero leads, directors who make 75% of the commission pool get inbound leads where they’ll take 100%. Straight outbound which is fine, but unrealistic quotas for the current market. Not an ethical market to sell in from everything I’ve heard and seen.
