Very poor company culture and leadership which was ultimately my reason for leaving.

Overall experience is positive. The compensation plan is excellent. Base pay is slightly lower than average but the commission is uncapped. Company is great to work for and supportive. Only downside is that they can be slow to bring products to market at times, but understandable as TGA approvals do hold things up.
