Poor demand generation for inbound leads. Marketing team unable to help produce inbound leads that result in real opportunities. Lack of true sales enablement.

Their sales culture is no sales culture. Success is not celebrated. Compensation isn't enough to accept their culture. Also, their product has a 12-18 month sales cycle for enterprise sales and they give 6 months to make quota.
