Great run - almost 5 years but the recent change in commission structure has been a disaster. Most AEs do not hit quota and this seems to have been a way for the company to save money as they were preparing for rounds of redundancy. Many people have been made redundant since 2022 - most of the sales team has 18 months tenure or less. Not the same pleasant environment it was between summer 2020 and Christmas 2022

Competitive base but a lot of work needed in business processes to facilitate sales

OTE is not everything. Strong brand but product not really ready for mid-market. Competition is doing a better job when it comes to speed of new content (trends, hot topics) and language (only English an no content in local language available)
