Established company that is tripping on self inflicted wounds for major growth. Has the potential to be a cut above the rest in their respective categories, but has made it difficult for reps in the field. Mixed feelings on executive leadership. The company is known for doing layoffs following an unsuccessful restructure or new sales channel creation. Morale is low. Brand recognition is high. Compensation is very erratic and erroneous.
