Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Established company that is tripping on self inflicted wounds for major growth. Has the potential to be a cut above the rest in their respective categories, but has made it difficult for reps in the field.
Mixed feelings on executive leadership. I believe the majority are trying to support and provide the resources for the sales force that are moving the needle. Then on the other hand it’s all about the shareholders, even with sustained positive growth, the latest compensation structure under delivers and leaves reps puzzled.
I believe in the companies values, mission statement and superior products, but not sure if I or many other tenured reps will remain to see how things unfold.
