It’s very clear that they don’t value their employees. They have incredibly unrealistic expectations (they demand everyone shoot for 200%- but provide very little technical support)

Plan is competitive but poorly structured with payouts over multiple years. Sales culture has suffered tremendously over the last year. Hard times for a lot of companies, but how they respond to hard times defines them. Definition has not been good.

Poorly run organization - comprised of lots of smaller teams that were former acquisitions of C1. This makes the company feel disjointed and processes are overly complicated.
