Poorly run organization - comprised of lots of smaller teams that were former acquisitions of C1. This makes the company feel disjointed and processes are overly complicated.

Plan is competitive but poorly structured with payouts over multiple years. Sales culture has suffered tremendously over the last year. Hard times for a lot of companies, but how they respond to hard times defines them. Definition has not been good.

A bunch of great regional companies combined by PE into a single group. Can't deliver solutions or engineering support to sales team members who do 80% of their business as renewals. Company took out $160 Million loan in June @ 22% interest. This is a zombie company hoping to get bailed out through a sale. Look how many top reps have departed and complete...Read More
