Extremely challenging environment. Quotas are high and make little sense. Executive management seems to be obtuse to employee experience. Ridiculous amount of attrition. Can be very rewarding for the right reps.

A bunch of great regional companies combined by PE into a single group. Can't deliver solutions or engineering support to sales team members who do 80% of their business as renewals. Decent place but typical VAR enviornment aka tons of competition and trying to add "value" and services while still being the less expensive option. No real culture between teams.
