CS as a company fails to recognize where we are at from a competitive landscape and positioning landscape. While we have a huge potential, the potential is wasted due to poor execution on integrating all 3 companies and a "blame shifting" or "save myself" culture fostered by insecure and under qualified middle management. Struggles with company identity are due to a clinging on of the web based "experience" analytics success but failing to adopt a more universal analytics identity has led GTM teams and prospects confused by our value prop. The same stubborness to refuse acknowledgement that we are copying leaders in adjacent spaces.

Interesting company in early 2020, starting to fall behind due to poor mid managers trying to protect themselves from bad performance. Trying to get back up with new product Strat, either success or total failure
