How challenging is it to sell against competitors at Connex One and does the company offer opportunities to excel in the market?

There is no Brand awareness , CEO nowhere to be found, and marketing is non existent.   The company is not prepared to run a real POV to Value to Close sales cycle In smaller mom and pop shops you have a chance if you they are unsophisticated buyers.  Enterprise buyers expect more formality and real negotiation not get it done today or no deal type tactics.  They smell the desperation.  If you get into a deal the executicve team will destroy it anyway.

In the SMB market and a simple requirement then you stand yourself in good stead. If the realm of Enterprise however, then good luck. Not only does the platform itself fall flat under scrutiny from those in the know, the informality and cheap sales tactics used will quickly see you exited from any decent sized op. Connex constantly gets beaten out buy it's competitors for lacking the formality that is expected. Also simple things like having no API documentation or have zero flexibility with contract terms is like fighting with one arm tied behind your back. I also hate to say if management get wind of a big deal, they will quickly muscle in and double, sometimes triple the price out of pure greed.
