Awesome as a start up. Utter failure at getting profitable. Fired almost every Sr. SGM. To try and save money. My base was $168k when I was laid off, made $380k the year before. Now they pay SGMs about $80-90k base salary.

Low base pay and OTE commission for this role, however sales cycle is quick so you can exceed OTE if you’re hustling.
