It was decent, company is still being established in North America so systems in place aren’t the best but management trained us well despite all the drawbacks and challenges we faced since the Nashville office was the start of the sales center in North America.

This is very unorganized company. The operations, accountability all have opportunities. This isn’t a role I’d recommend to someone with minimal experience. Also not a role with the required amount of experience based on compensation. The roles are only filled due to the current economy.
