Overall, made a good lot of cash. Challenge was always remote from business decisions. Presales leaders had too much sway on the ability for sales to operate. Sales Management were too EMC based

Good company, but leadership loves to make changes without anyones feedback. Strong product, market leader except challengers are quickly rising.

The company is going through a period of transformation, trying to position itself in the security sector, so current conditions are not very good. Although the product is good, leadership and GTM are poor.
