Comp plan changes are a constant and always to strip the reps away from their earnings and put them away from reaching quota. There is no support, you as rep are expected to do the sale, fight against the "sales prevention team" (support) to get your orders approved, paid only when customer pays their first bill, cancellations on orders are a constant problem, charge backs are very common, only 30% of the reps reach quota and those who does reach quota is because either they have been there for a long time or get "special leads" from internal construction team or leadership in a very questionable manner. Comcast prides itself on DEI but it is not reflected on leadership opportunities, only what is required on the federal requirement, stress is high, micromanagement is the name of the game, services and products are not competitive in pricing.
