After leaving the company I was told that I would still be receiving commission as they connect. Come to find out that my previous manager and colleagues are cancelling my orders and resubmitting them. It will appear as a new sale and they will now receive the commission for it.

Your on ramp for 6 months, after that if you don't average 75% performance attainment in a 60 day rolling period you go on stage 1 PIP this cycle continues until you go on stage 3 after stage 3 if you can't manage to average 75% attainment you will be let go from the company.
