Current Employee I’ve been with many large companies in my career and Comcast Business is by far the worst company I’ve worked for. Systems are antiquated and segmented and you will have to blunder through every step with no guidance. Currently use SFDC and aiming to migrate to Orion(MSFT) but at the same time using both of which are built on a monumental amount of duplicate accounts created by hundreds of come and gone reps. Turnover is high for a reason
If you are module based, expect to have the scraps of the scraps of accounts that passed through the hands of many EAM’s who have come and gone
If you are new logo, mostly all the accounts that are worth the squeeze have been locked by reps who are your senior and will fight tooth and nail to keep.
At its core, Comcast embodies a spirit of gaslighting that is unrivaled. You will be lead to believe you are incompetent when mostly everything is designed for you to fail.
The sort of overarching theme is Comcast cares little for their customers and even less for the employees they recruit so heavily since they are continually desperate for replacements.
