A lot of change, need to pay reps more and it not be so much luck of the draw with coverage. Internal processes are terrible and make it much harder to do what you are suppose to do.

My overall experience was good, but my the CEO was tough and it impacted the overall culture. Which was sad because they assembled a very talented team when I was there.

Good overall experience. Product is solid and there is a strong market for it. The company has a lot of good, talented people from engineering to sales but leadership is lacking at the top. Too much turnover and not a clear vision to accomplish what should be accomplished.
