Former Employee Great products. Great coworkers. Inefficient management. Poor use of CRM. Forecast updates twice a week is a waste of time and pull sales people away from winning more business. Company is very siloed. Sales people in different divisions are treated very differently (this review is specific to the optical networking business). Some divisions are very stressful and others are much more relaxed. On Target Compensation for optical networking Sales staff is generally below market average. Quota typically is set at an attainable level, and seems to be set based off your achievement the previous year. Generally alternates between a high and low quota target. Browse Other Reviews
