New CEO is turning back the good work done previously. Moving us back to staff aug model, rather than a consulting led approach. Cares more about selfies and anecdotes than changing anything. At the current rate we will devolve to techM levels and be a body shop. Diversity is terrible, 80%+ Indian and mainly men. Very cliquey
