Averaging only 2-3 inbound leads per month, the deals I closed in my first year were due to my existing professional network relationships. In year 2 the inbound leads dried up and I was part of a 50% RIF in June 2023. Since they no longer have enough sales staff to grow the business, the most viable exit is acquisition.
