In its 5th year, the aim was to go from start-up to ramp-up. However, leadership at both top and VP level were lacking the experience to manage the new stage of growth, which resulted in overly ambitious expansion into new markets, and setting unrealistic sales targets. High turnover and a series of layoffs have left the company in turmoil, which is a shame as the product and idea can really help talent development.

I think a lot of other reviews have highlighted this, but ELT is showing their inexperience managing the current economic climate. It's an very challenging time at CH, but the product fit is still very strong.

My overall experience is really mitigated. What we are selling - the promise is really good: developing people - but the culture and the leadership is so poor
