The leadership is brutal, but the front line managers are great. Having to sell a new product to a completely new audience and being penalized for performance on that product has made this job horrible.

My overall experience has been very enjoyable. I feel I am able to grow in this role. I love the opportunity to work with Brokers, Owners, etc. to help them win new listings and increase their exposure.

Homes.com is a growing division with a high-paced but high-reward atmosphere. Still building out sales processes so it operates like a start-up. Need more reps to achieve quota as its pretty feast or famine. The Head of Sales Andy Stearns is a great leader and trustworthy so lots of unknowns but I trust he will set us up well in long term
