However, the experience is marred by several significant issues. The sales leadership team is notably inexperienced and prone to immature behavior, having largely come from the same high school. This dynamic contributes to a work environment plagued by high school-like drama and ineffective management. The leadership focuses on quantity over quality, prioritizing input KPIs and outdated methods rather than developing and coaching their team. Consequently, only a few reps consistently meet quota, while the rest are left with ineffective guidance and consistent failure.
