Overall experience has been good. The workload is manageable, but it sometimes feels like they aren't listening when you say you might need something. The process of moving up from SDR to Market Manager (AE) is a little bit of a hassle having to take a 2 to 3 month crash course on top of your current SDR position without the benefit of the additional pay, so you're basically working two jobs for the same amount of money

The company has created a commission structure that they regret - the sales reps are profiting more than they planned and to keep the company afloat they are laying off top sales people.
