Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The pay here is well below industry standard. as a result, they can’t keep good people because people use it as a springboard to get the technology experience and go somewhere else to make literally tens of thousands of dollars more in salary. The commission plans are not equal across the entire sales organization, leaving some to make a kicker of more than 15% while others get 0%. The product is great but buggy. Service after the sale is impossible because the customer success department is falling apart. Men and women are not paid equally and since everyone talks about their compensation in sales, it is easily uncovered, and I cannot believe the people team doesn’t correct this! Browse Other Reviews
