horrible culture, horrible leadership. uber 2.0. constantly changing quota when no one is hitting it already. very much churn and burn through staff.

Fear based culture but a real opportunity to earn good money. Leadership is poor and culture is very cliquish but not enough to get in the way of making sales. A solid foundation for those early in their career
