So even though there are needs, clients have numerous options and its usually based on prices. So it tends to be a race to the bottom. I did enjoy the team I worked for but it was challenging to sell a tough market.

There are great people in this organization and excellent leaders. The initial onboarding is 2 weeks and fairly thorough.
