I love the sales organization and the product/market fit is inspiring for a long-term roadmap of growth. I just wish they compensated employees more fairly with the SaaS market standards so that people don't have to choose between an amazing work/life balance and culture for a company that pays me to afford the life I want to live.

An incredible culture. Lower base pay but you more than make it up with a generous variable package. Growing fast with opportunities for professional growth.

Great organization, leadership, & culture. Good product-market fit. Quota is realistic & attainable. Overall compensation is good, but base is lacking. Big incentive to stay here long term with residuals.
