I give my overall experience a 4/5 star rating. Culture and Autonomy are the biggest pluses here. Base and variable compensation could definitely be increased.

Overall, this is an excellent organization to work for. The people and leadership team members are genuine and value transparency in what they say and do. If I were to accept a position outside of this company, it would need to be a near-perfect scenario. Base compensation is lacking, but total compensation is pretty good.

Great organization, leadership, & culture. Good product-market fit. Quota is realistic & attainable. Overall compensation is good, but base is lacking. Big incentive to stay here long term with residuals.

I love the sales organization and the product/market fit is inspiring for a long-term roadmap of growth. I just wish they compensated employees more fairly with the SaaS market standards so that people don't have to choose between an amazing work/life balance and culture for a company that pays me to afford the life I want to live.
