If you are thinking about working here you should ask them about their recent turnover. This company is quick to use pips and blame the reps for poor results in territories they know have not done well for years. Ask them why they have had 9 reps “leave” in the past year.

It was good to start, but management started making us jump through hoops to get commission. Used to be if they show up we would get paid. Now they have to show up and the deal has to be able to close within 6 months and the AE has to book a follow up call. There is constant changes in expectations as well. Only 2-4 reps max hit quota.

Great organization, leadership, & culture. Good product-market fit. Quota is realistic & attainable. Overall compensation is good, but base is lacking. Big incentive to stay here long term with residuals.
