The team was great but leadership doesn’t notice internal issues and are only driving a 1-sided agenda. Keeps employees in the dark

You will get to work with some of the most hardworking and smart people there. However product depends on the economy, hard to compete during a slow time and management constantly changes compensation plans. Lots of pressure to hit qouta and a bit of micro managing when company is not doing well.
