You will get to work with some of the most hardworking and smart people there. However product depends on the economy, hard to compete during a slow time and management constantly changes compensation plans. Lots of pressure to hit qouta and a bit of micro managing when company is not doing well.

Lots of learning and the team is amazing to work with. It's difficult to hit target but you can eventually get there with lots and lots of hardwork which is true for most sales roles out there
