You will get to work with some of the most hardworking and smart people there. However product depends on the economy, hard to compete during a slow time and management constantly changes compensation plans. Lots of pressure to hit qouta and a bit of micro managing when company is not doing well.

Free for all. That about sums it up. Wouldn't recommend, especially for one's first sales role. Company's been around the block, but lacks organization: No up-to-date SOPs.
