Former Employee Free for all. That about sums it up.
Wouldn't recommend, especially for one's first sales role. Company's been around the block, but lacks organization: No up-to-date SOPs. CRM data is super messy and inaccurate 70% of the time. Historical data is hidden and impossible to sort through. Tech stack is okay, but there's no training around making the most of them and integration is clunky–lots of going back and forth between platforms. The one benefit of having no standard is that there's no micro-managing or any sort of management for that matter.
BDR team is new, focused on churned accounts and guarding key accounts. Same for AEs. No clear strategy for winning net-new business, and no one’s willing to experiment. No sales training or coaching, whatsoever.
New CEO (AC) is great. Many A-player AEs/BDRs but lots of B/C players in sales management, marketing, and RevOps.
Would only recommend if you're confident in your skills and like the e-com industry. PMF exists, but you can’t sell the product—prospects need to want it. Day-to-day is like asking, “Would you like fries with that?” Tough market right now, but the people you interact with on the day-to-day are good folks. Browse Other Reviews
