The pay has significantly decreased over the last 2 years, culminating in layoffs of the people with the longest tenure, and those making the most. The sale itself is relatively easy, and the sale cycle can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 weeks.

The account management, launch team, and customer support teams are not where they should be. You will absolutely lose deals you signed because of this during the launch process.
