For a long time Cisco was a great place to work. Too many changes are happening, and I don’t think it would be fair to project the future from the past. There are too many new leaders making changes.

Overall good experience. The goals can flex up and down depending on how the company is performing. Which means some years will be good in sales and some years can be difficult.
