Current Employee3.7Oct 23, 2024Overall experience was positive. Upper management does not seem to have their act together and are always making chances that take several months to trickle down. Management is always waiting until the last week of the quarter to get close to goals. Creates a very stressful last two weeks of the quarter.

Former Employee3.6Jan 23, 2024Mixed experience. Vision to become a security saas company is strong and Cisco is well regarded in the network space and is able to leverage those relationships. I’m concerned with the strategy of the security sales leadership as there were several reports the last 2 years and many good sales people were let go as a result or choose to leave for competitors.
