Former Employee2.9Aug 28, 2023good place to work, pay was good if you hit accelerators. Pockets of toxicity and career stagnation.
Current Employee3.1Jan 13, 2024My overall experience has been positive but Cisco has a lot to learn about retaining top performing talent. I often feel Cisco focuses more on diversity and inclusion efforts than establishing market fit and focus on product quality, opting instead to manage cost of sales

Former Employee3.3Aug 1, 2024I was a Contract worker. Very professional enviroment, worked with some amazing people and on some very interesting projects. Good work life balance. Very corporate, employees are just a number. Constent ongoing layoffs that is indiscriminate to performance. Red Badge to Blue Badge conversion is very rare despite promises made during recruitment process.

Current Employee3.3Oct 17, 2024Sales goals have been rather optimistic for the past couple of years. Combined with tinkering with iACV and an inability to accurately reflect that and pay on it has been challenging.
