I worked at Cisco from 2018-2021 before going back to the startup. I quickly realized that I made a mistake and spent the next 2 years waiting for the right opening to go back. Quotas are achievable, compensation structure is strong and leadership is fantastic.

Cisco China has great leadership, solid product, but not favored by Chinese gov. Local competitors like Huawei dominate the market, sales is highly dependent on relationships “guanxi”
