I love Cisco. I worked hard to get here and it is one of the few places with true end to end solution potential. For the most part, the teams are great and collaborative. Aside from all that, the culture and focus on community and humanity is great.

I really enjoyed my time and experience with Cisco but unfortunately I ran into a manager that wanted to push me out so I left after 14 years with the firm before that manager could get rid of me; so don't let that deter you. With so many offers and initiatives, our priorities can become very muddled. I enjoy the people I work with tremendously. I wish my OTE felt more in line with my workload.

Overall - Cisco is a good organization. I think things are headed in the right direction with software but it’s tough because it’s like trying to change directions on a giant ship. Compensation has been a challenge and getting it right has impacted sellers and their paychecks which has caused a lot of frustration.
