My overall experience was…disappointing. I was a high seller for this company from Q1 all the way till I submitted my 2 week notice. The good-Quick sales cycle very possible ton1 call close if your skill and product knowledge are high. Commission pays monthly which helps because the base salary is really low and the multipliers are high I’d say my average commission pre tax was 4800 & my highest ever was 11,500. Bonus also pays out quarterly and in tiers based on volume installed at quarters end usually at the end of the following month. My average bonus pre tax was around 15K. Flexible as well as long as your at or above quota no one is going to bother you and your time is yours. The bad-This company is racist. Plain and simple. They have a look (think Disney prince) that they want in anyone who desires to be a leader & they will push those with that look even if they don’t check the boxes that incorporate winning. Also, you can be 2-300% above quota however if you don’t make PC you’re not getting promoted…even though that doesn’t show any indication of a good leader.

Phenomenal organization couldnt be happier! Leads are few and far betwee, however this is outside sales we generate our own. The reason why I choose Cintas, is becaise everyone above you has thrived and done well in your position. Other companies they will hire from outside of the company and you will have to teach them about your product etc.
