Former Employee3.0Nov 18, 2023The number of women at Chili Piper is less than 30%. And many women in sales leadership were laid off in Nov 2022. Definitely a party all night culture on company trips. Most high performers have left or are looking to leave. They hire great people but there's not a lot of room for growth. Good entry level job and decent training.
