Top rep only hit 55% annual quota in 2022. No reps have hit annual quota in company history. Product is mostly seen as a nice to have. Poor brand recognition. Good people work here.

Nobody hits quota, sales team doesn’t close the meetings we book. Big emphasis on new contacts added instead of actual meaningful opportunities created. Kind of a mess

The company is cool. The people are awesome. Seems the expectations for meetings they want to book don’t meet the reality of what is possible though.
