Experience was good at first and then a new CEO came in and turned the company upside down. He let go of the great leaders that we had which tanked the culture.

Nobody hits quota, sales team doesn’t close the meetings we book. Big emphasis on new contacts added instead of actual meaningful opportunities created. Kind of a mess

The company is struggling to survive. Likely will be sold for parts. They are not an AI company, simply riding the wave.
