super product/market fit (those who say it isn't just don't understand what we do), new leadership shows promise (as yet unfulfilled), too much red tape and odd structures from legacy org which will hopefully get changed

My overall experience has been good. The SE leadership team is top notch and my fellow SE's are great to work with. Great flexibility with work/life balance as long as you're hitting your targets.
