My experience is that the Retail sales team (vs CPG) in recent years has suffered from poor leadership and a failure to innovate on a core product at the end of its lifecycle. Additionally, there is little opportunity to develop as there is no formal training and development on selling skills. I do not recommend.

Terrible The product sucks, and the management is terrible. Stay away. They thought we would hit the revenue target for a new solution because they were positive. They didn't scale the new product. Only two reps have sold the product. Training is terrible. Leadership lacks accountability. You are fighting for revenue between three departments.
