Generally positive. I feel the sales organization had a a slight bit of favoritism that was tough to shake. Great opportunity to make money and stand out. At Monthly sales all hands, top leadership made sure to highlight individual success stories

CarGurus does not set themselves apart from any other cutthroat sales environment and is below market rate for base compensation for an AE in Boston. They have only decreased incentives over time and even at 120% you'll only bring home 65% of the money you make AND then you're taxed 40% on top of that.
