Carbon Black was a great company to work for, with good technology and great pay & benefits… so it’s too bad Broadcom killed it by laying everyone off and merging the leftovers into Symantec.

Overall time at the company was great. They provide good compensation structure, professional development, and team culture. However leadership missed on product direction and demand gen. Now that the company has been acquired by Broadcom, it is going to go the way Symantec went.
