The senior leadership at Cumulus lacks a clear vision for transforming the organization from a radio-centric sales force to a marketing services consultancy for SMB's. As audience levels have plummeted and competition for ad dollars with SMB's has exploded, Cumulus has lacked a coherent GTM strategy for this fluid environment. There is zero investment in training and professional growth unless you have an outstanding sales leader at the market level.

My overall experience was a mixed bag. I learned a lot while in the role but felt that budgets were rarely attainable. The product did not have market demand, and instead of embracing the changing media landscape, management resisted it.
