Overall, I enjoyed my time at CData, but there was nothing that was able to keep me around towards the end of my time. No upward mobility or opportunity to grow in the company, after a couple of promises. They did have a great culture and I enjoyed most the people I worked with and leadership was ok, bumps here and there like any job. It was a great place to get more experience in sales and inbound was great for the BDR team. Some choices were being made as I left that I wasn't too fond of, but alas what did it matter to me right? I'd recommend as a good stepping stone. Not sure that's where you'd want to get stuck.

My overall experience at CData has been positive. It is a company that is growing out of its 20 years of start-up phase and putting procedures and process that can be repeatable. Very fun times here in 2023 and going forward.

Great data access solutions. Poor GTM strategy and non-existent sales leadership for direct sales. Extremely immature company but great solutions. OEM business is strong. Direct Sales is rudderless. Once addressed would recommend to peers.
